Terms & Conditions of Booking, Training & Participation
(Republic of Ireland)
These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Pro Training Aesthetics Academy (“the Academy”, “we”, “us”) and the individual booking training (“the Student”, “you”).
By making a booking or payment of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
1. Business Details

2. Booking Fee & Contract Formation
2.1 A €200 booking fee is required to secure all training places.
2.2 The booking fee is non-refundable except where required by applicable Irish consumer law.
2.3 A legally binding contract is formed once the booking fee is received.
2.4 Upon booking, pre-study materials and receipt will be issued within 48 hours via email.
3. Course Fees & Payment Terms
3.1 Remaining course balance must be paid no later than 21 days prior to training date.
3.2 Failure to meet this deadline will result in:
• Cancellation of training
• A €500 cancellation fee payable immediately
• Retention of all payments made
3.3 This fee reflects a reasonable pre-estimate of loss, including:
• Reserved training time and loss of income
• Administrative and scheduling costs
• Pre-study materials issued in advance
• Stock, consumables, and equipment allocation
• Accreditation and certification costs
3.4 Once full payment is made, all fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable Irish consumer law.
4. Cancellations
4.1 All cancellations must be made in writing to: protrainingaestheticsacademy@gmail.com
4.2 Cancellation terms:
• 21–15 days before training: 50% forfeited
• 14 days or less: 100% forfeited
• Booking fee is always non-refundable except where required by applicable Irish consumer law
4.3 Once the training date has passed, no refunds will be issued except where required by applicable Irish consumer law.
4A. Academy Cancellation
4A.1 In the event the Academy cancels a training date, students will be offered:
• A full rescheduled date at no extra cost, or
• A full refund of all fees paid, including the booking fee
4A.2 Where cancellation is due to Force Majeure (see Clause 19), rescheduling will be offered in the first instance. Where rescheduling is not possible within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be provided (not including booking fee).
4A.3 The Academy will notify students of any cancellation as soon as reasonably practicable by email.
4B. Online Booking & Statutory Cooling-Off Period
4B.1 Where bookings are made online, students may have a 14-day statutory cooling-off right under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation, and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.
4B.2 However, by paying the booking fee and gaining immediate access to pre-study materials, students expressly consent to waiving this cooling-off right, as permitted under applicable regulations, on the basis that digital content and course preparation materials are supplied immediately upon booking.
4B.3 Students will be clearly informed of this waiver at the point of booking and must provide express confirmation before materials are issued.
4C. Exceptional Circumstances
The Academy is sympathetic to genuine emergencies but is unable to offer refunds within 21 days of training, regardless of the reason for cancellation. In exceptional circumstances, at the Academy’s sole discretion, a credit note or one-time rescheduling may be offered, subject to the €500 amendment fee and availability. This is not an entitlement and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. No documentation of any kind obligates the Academy to offer this concession.
5. Amendments & Rescheduling
5.1 Requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
5.2 Requests must be made at least 28 days before training.
5.3 A €120 administration fee applies to all approved amendments.
5.4 Only one amendment or reschedule per booking is permitted.
5.5 Requests made within 21 days of training will incur a €500 amendment fee payable immediately. If rescheduling cannot be accommodated at that time, the booking will be treated as a cancellation under Clause 4.
6. Instalment Plans
6.1 Instalment plans must be agreed in writing before booking confirmation.
6.2 Instalment agreements are legally binding financial contracts.
6.3 Failure to maintain payments results in:
• Cancellation of training
• €500 cancellation fee payable immediately
• Full outstanding balance remaining due
6.4 Where instalment arrangements constitute a credit agreement under Irish law, appropriate documentation will be provided separately in compliance with the Consumer Credit Act 1995.
7. Models & Practical Training
7.1 The Academy may supply models; however, availability is not guaranteed.
7.2 The Academy is not responsible for model cancellations or no-shows.
7.3 No refunds or rescheduling will be issued due to model issues.
7.4 Students providing their own models are responsible for:
• Suitability
• Informed consent
• Attendance
8. Certification
8.1 Students must complete both theory and practical modules to receive certification.
8.2 A €15 fee applies for replacement certificates.
8.3 Certification may be withheld where:
• Competency is not achieved
• Fees remain outstanding
9. Accreditation
9.1 Courses are Internationally CPD Accredited.
9.2 Accreditation does not guarantee insurance approval or right to practice.
10. Training Outcomes
While the Academy is committed to delivering high-quality training, it cannot guarantee specific outcomes including income, employment, business success, or insurance approval, as these depend on factors outside the Academy’s control.
11. Insurance Responsibility
11.1 Students are responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance after training.
11.2 The Academy does not guarantee insurance approval.
12. Medical Disclaimer & Risk
Aesthetic procedures carry inherent risks. The Academy accepts no liability for adverse outcomes where reasonable care has been taken during training.
13. Conduct & Right to Refuse Entry
The Academy may refuse or remove any student for:
• Intoxication
• Disruptive behaviour
• Unsafe practice
No refunds apply in such circumstances.
14. Intellectual Property
All training materials remain the property of Pro Training Aesthetics Academy and may not be copied, shared, or used for teaching purposes.
15. Photography & Marketing
Photos and videos taken during training may be used for marketing, advertising, promotions, and special offers. Consent is given unless withdrawn in writing before training.
16. Discounts & Offers
Promotions cannot be applied after the €200 booking fee has been paid.
17. Data Protection
The Academy complies with GDPR and Irish data protection law.
• No card details are stored
• No data is shared with third parties
18. Payment Security
All payments are processed securely. Card details are never stored.
19. Force Majeure
The Academy is not liable for cancellations due to events outside its control (illness, weather, government restrictions, etc.). Training will be rescheduled where possible. Where rescheduling is not possible within a reasonable timeframe, the provisions of Clause 4A will apply.
20. Severability
If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain valid.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms represent the full agreement between the Academy and the Student.
22. Variation of Terms
The Academy may update Terms at any time. The version at time of booking applies.
23. Communication
All communication must be in writing via email. Verbal agreements are not binding.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
25. Agreement
By booking, you confirm that:
• You have read and understood these Terms
• You agree to be legally bound by them
• You accept all payment, cancellation, and liability conditions
• Where booking online, you consent to the waiver of your statutory cooling-off right upon receipt of pre-study materials
